We are looking for a Data Scientist at Senior Consultant level to join our Data & AI team.
Who You Are:
You have 3-4 years' experience in delivering scalable Analytics and AI solutions in large, complex organizations, focusing on end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI initiatives. You enjoy solving problems with data, architecting solutions, and translating complex business problems into technical tasks using various tools and technologies. You are comfortable working with diverse data types, from structured data to text, images, and videos. You possess strong programming skills, a background in mathematics, statistics, analytics, computer science, engineering, or related fields, and a continuous learning mindset. You can communicate technical insights effectively to clients and stakeholders, work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, and mentor colleagues.
Preferred Technical Experience:
* Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation
* Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, DataRobot, SAS, Databricks, SPSS, R, Python, Scala, Java, Spark
* Experience with visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
* Understanding of machine learning concepts
* Interest or experience with NLP, NLG, or Computer Vision
* Knowledge of enterprise graph technologies or network analysis
* Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP; Databricks is a plus
* Interest in MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, data ethics, and governance
* Willingness to explore emerging technologies such as agentic AI and Copilot tools
Responsibilities:
You will work within a team to extract actionable insights from data, understand client data and technology landscapes, design and deliver analytics and AI solutions, and build client relationships. You will stay updated with technological advances, contribute to the team’s reputation as the go-to for Analytics and AI, and be responsible for client delivery in a fast-paced environment.
