HR Consult, on behalf of HWBC is seeking to recruit a Building & Facilities Manager for Adelaide Chambers, Peters Street, Dublin 8 which it manages on behalf of a private client. The role is to take responsibility for all aspects of the property's operations and to represent the property manager and owners point of contact for tenants, contractors and members of the public visiting the building.The role of the Building & Facilities Manager will include;o Daily attendance at the property front desk, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.o Procurement, management, implementation and oversight of all third-party service contracts at the property to include; cleaning, security, life safety systems, mechanical maintenance, landscaping, water treatment etc.o Inspection and monitoring the operation of all landlord systems and the physical building for performance and to action any reactive repairs and call outs necessaryo Monitoring and management of H&S, fire risk & evacuation procedureso Oversight of the buildings security and life safety systems and their operation.o Liaising with the property manager on daily building operation matters, including condition of property and systems, performance of third-party service providers, service charge budget preparation and appointment of contractorso Maintaining all service records and works on the company planned preventative maintenance tracker including all statutory testing and inspectionso Reviewing and approving all third-party service provider invoices for paymento Representing the Owner and property managers point of contact at the building.o Liaising with tenants on operational matters, tenant requests and reactive & planned maintenanceo Any other duties as may be assigned and reasonably expected to form part of a Building & Facilities Manager role.Applicants should submit their CV to Stephen Hale, property manager at HWBC: at and
