REFS & Quality Administrator Location: Ringaskiddy, Co Cork Duration: Maternity Cover Contract Role (9-12 months) 39 Hours per week Day to Day of the Role: Administrative work supporting the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maintain the PM calibration system on the CMMS and associated documentation. Input calibration records into the CMMS in a timely manner, and communicate with the relevant people if there are any issues with the records. Ensure all records are filed correctly so they are available for any site audits. Create new personnel accounts on the CMMS & SAP Provide Material requirements planning administrative support. Carry out reconciliations Responsible for returning time sheets for contract craft weekly hours to hire companies for invoicing. Conduct weekly reporting & monthly reconciliation of all maintenance labour hours in CMMS Return hours in CMMS for personnel without access to the system Produce a weekly % of craft hours returned per area to be included in weekly maintenance scorecard Coordinate statutory inspections of all lifting equipment Provide DMS, ESOPs, & Doc store viper administrative support for REFs. Skills required for the role: Administration Experience Computer Literate Ensure all data is correct for audit inspection Coordinate the monthly function communication meetings for day group, 4 shift groups, scheduling and preparing meetings Requisition stationary and consumables as required Requisition PPE and safety equipment for the operational group as requested Maintain onsite stock of PPE for all departments and track associated costs Support on-going projects and initiates within REFs, such as Asset Care Excellence, Information Governance Management Be the single point of contact person for Veolia when it comes to raising POs, invoice-receipting queries on site.
