Opportunity for an Experienced Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar setting, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing and motivating Heads of Departments
2. E nsuring the effective delivery of services across all hotel departments
3. Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, sales and marketing, front office, accommodation, maintenance, finance ,and human resources
4. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to achieve high levels of customer service and maximize profitability in the Food & Beverage Department
Set ting achieving sales profit targets while maintaining accurate financial records. A s k e y responsibilities include analysing sales figures developing marketing revenue management strategies prioritizing guest satisfaction making sound business decisions that focus on service quality overall hotel profitability.
