* Work closely with management to identify training needs and cultivate a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance organisational performance.
* Provide expert advice on employment law and best practices.
* Manage employee relationships, conflicts, and grievances.
* Conduct performance evaluations and develop training programs.
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working as a HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Ideal candidate will have a background in retail or hospitality.
