Post ID: 039105 Post Summary: This is a senior operational role within the Catering Department, responsible for the effective management and delivery of a high-volume, diverse banqueting operation.
The role holder will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all banqueting, ensuring exceptional service standards, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance.
Working within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, the successful candidate will oversee the full event lifecyclefrom initial enquiry and planning through to delivery and post-event reviewwhile managing and developing a team of supervisors and service staff.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to further develop their leadership capability and gain valuable senior management experience within a complex, multi-site operation.
Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€59,589 - €70,018 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
