As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Welder to join our team at our industrial construction project in Ballyragget, Co.
Kilkenny.
The role involves welding and fabrication work both on the construction site and in the on-site workshop.

Requirements
Have a valid Safe Pass card or CSR equivalent.
Have a valid Manual Handling certificate.
Abrasive Wheel training preferable.
Proven TIG/MIG stainless steel welding experience essential.
Skilled in stainless-steel finishing (grinding, polishing, cleaning).
Ability to work from technical drawings and fabrication details.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
MIG and TIG welding of stainless-steel parts and structures
Reading and working from drawings
Material prep including cutting, grinding and cleaning.
Fitting and assembling components to spec
Weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead) as required on site.
Inspect welds visually and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition.
Follow hot-work permits, fire-watch procedures, and site safety rules.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards immediately.
