Responsibilities
* Assist with daily WMS administration, including user support, troubleshooting, and configuration changes under guidance.
* Monitor system performance, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed.
* Collect, clean, and analyse warehouse and supply chain data from multiple sources.
* Generate regular and ad hoc reports on SLA performance, highlighting trends and risks.
* Work closely with internal teams to address any SLA breaches.
* Support data validation and testing when implementing WMS upgrades or enhancements.
* Partner with operations, IT, and analytics teams to improve workflows and identify process optimization opportunities.
* Document processes, user guides, and training materials for WMS and reporting tools.
* Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment).
* Analyse customer-provided forecasts (volume, activity, demand patterns) and translate into accurate headcount requirements by skill, shift and location.
* Identify potential resourcing gaps and collaborate with Operations to plan recruitment.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with customer-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
* Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
* Familiarity with WMS concepts (through coursework, internship, or prior experience) is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and grow in both WMS and data analytics domains.
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
