Fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a leading, Top 10 Accountancy practice in Dublin. This position is within the Audit & Assurance department and progression to Partner is possible for the right candidate.
The primary responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
* Overseeing the delivery of audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communication.
* Planning the execution and completion of audit assignments.
* Leading, motivating, and coaching team members.
* Building and maintaining proactive relationships with audit clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the year, not just during audits.
* Researching and resolving technical queries from clients.
* Providing high-quality auditing services to clients.
* Ensuring the successful completion of audit engagements.
Key Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualifications.
* 2–3 years of relevant PQE in practice
* Previous experience in supervisory, team lead, or managerial roles.
* Awareness of business trends and emerging technical and industry developments.
