Job Overview
As a senior clinical pharmacy leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and safety. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to understand and promote the core values of quality, safety, dignity, respect, caring, listening, responsibility, integrity, excellence, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for acting as a lead for operational and training issues related to relevant clinical information systems, developing and reviewing medication policies and guidelines, and managing the safe and cost-effective entry of new medications onto the hospital formulary.

* Operational Leadership: Act as the lead for operational and training issues relating to relevant clinical information systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of technology.
* Medication Policy Development: Develop and review medication policies and guidelines to ensure safe and cost-effective practices.
* Formulary Management: Manage the safe and cost-effective entry of new medications onto the hospital formulary.
