We are hiring Outbound Commercial Insurance Representatives to start new business conversations with SME clients for a growing, well-run commercial brokerage.
This is a front-end, outbound role focused on opening doors and creating quality opportunities — with a clear progression path into a Commercial Insurance Account Manager role and hands-on mentoring from experienced commercial insurance executives. Commercial insurance experience is welcome, but it is not essential. If you are a strong outbound B2B salesperson who wants credibility, progression, and long-term opportunity, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will spend your time:
* Speaking directly with SME business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Starting new conversations and qualifying genuine commercial opportunities
* Booking meetings for senior commercial brokers
* Learning how commercial risks are structured (property, liability, motor, trades, professional services, etc.)
* Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date
* Collaborating closely with senior brokers and commercial leaders
This is not a call-centre role,

t is structured outbound, targeting the right businesses, with real support behind you.
Career Development & Mentoring
This role is intentionally built as a stepping stone into broking.

What We are Looking For
* Commercial insurance experience
or
strong outbound B2B sales experience
* Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations.
* Resilient, organised, and commercially curious
* Motivated to learn and build a long-term career.
Insurance qualifications are not required at entry level.
