Company:-large Scale DeveloperLocation:-DublinSalary:-€80K - €90K + packageThe RoleEffectively coordinate the Quality function in a large developer by ensuring systems, processes and standards are not only maintained but also developed, implemented and improved. To allow for flexibility, the role will be based in the Dublin office but will involve regular visits to projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating a robust Quality Management System by providing support to the site and office teams to ensure compliance with the company current Quality policies and proceduresFormulating and managing the further development and implementation of KPI's, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to Quality systems and ensuring they align with the Company's overall Integrated Management System.Undertaking regular audits of the Quality systems and procedures coupled with site visits/ audits to ensure a consistent approach across all sites.Maintaining and improving on the company's ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications and identifying any additional systems that would benefit the company.Researching and developing Quality Plan and Waste Management templates where required and providing upskilling to staff where necessary.Monitoring the closeout of any observations/ nonconformance issues and possible defects in systems.Providing weekly progress reports and feedback to Senior Management.Engaging with the supply chain and subcontractors to bring them up to standard as neededOther ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to timeYou will needIrish construction industry experienceA degree in Construction Engineering/Construction Management or Trade person.Good understanding of the lifecycle of a large construction project, ideally with a Main Contractor or builder ~ developerExcellent IT skills with a knowledge of construction engineering technologyExcellent knowledge of building process and procedures.BCAR and Irish water experience is essentialGood interpersonal skills, self-motivated and approachableOrganised and able to prioritiseFor more info apply or reach out to the recruiter Jason McGowan on /
