They are a French luxury brand, and very much steeped in the tradition and heritage of artisan manufacturing and their French heritage.The company is known for its handbags in leather and canvas, her luggage, her fashion accessories and its ready-to-wear, with Arnotts being the only Boutique in Ireland. The brand is now distributed in more than 300 stores around the world. The house is still owned and managed by the Cassegrain family and very much still holds a family value.KNOW THE ROLEAs an ambassador for the Longchamp company, you represent the brand image and embody its values at all times. Your role includes greeting and advising customers, developing the customer base and building loyalty to the brand and its products so as to achieve the (sales, service, customer...) targets set by managementTeam Mentoring & SupportServe as a coach and mentor for junior Sales Associates during floor operationsProvide peer-to-peer training on product knowledge and selling techniquesHelp reinforce service protocols and team standards, particularly during peak periodsSupport management in daily team briefings and onboarding of new employeesProduct & Brand ExpertiseMaintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials, and product careStay informed on current fashion trends and competitive market activityShare feedback on product performance and customer preferences with leadershipBoutique OperationsSupport store operations including stock handling, delivery processing, and replenishmentPerform POS transactions with speed and accuracyMaintain floor presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift ⎯ Follow all loss prevention and compliance proceduresKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Personal sales target achievementUnits per Transaction (UPT) and Average Transaction Value (ATV)CRM data capture, client retention, and reactivationTeam support contribution (e.g. mentoring, shift leadership)Client satisfaction and mystery shopper feedbackVisual compliance and operational excellenceKnow What We're Looking ForWe seek enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, self-starters with experience working in a luxury service retail environmentYou are recognised for your exemplary behaviour, your dynamism, your autonomy and your proactivityYour interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to be customer oriented (listening skills…) and work in teamA related retail industry and/or boutique or fashion related industry experience is strongly preferred, but not requiredExperience with retail point of sale system and key holder experience is a plus but overall, candidates who are passionate about luxury retail and customer service are highly encouraged to applySkills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a leadership or mentorship roleStrong customer service and sales acumenAdvanced product knowledge and presentation abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPOS and inventory system proficiencyFluent in English; other languages a plusKnow How We WorkExperience is our business: Our customer engagement sets the bar in service and experiential retail, giving our customers something to love every time.We Are More Than Shops:We create enjoyable places, to excite, where people socialise, discover, learn and are inspired, and where local communities are enriched.We are Curators:Our unique range of product and services are key to the sense of excitement that Brown Thomas Arnotts is renowned for, whether for a special day or every day, things that make our customer's lives better.We Care for Our People:We believe a great customer experience starts with a great people experience.
