EMEA Payroll Specialist - Global Tech

I'm currently partnering with a global organisation to hire an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist into their high-performing payroll team based in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multinational environment and wants to deepen their exposure across a broad range of EMEA countries.
What you'll be doing:
Managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA regions
Partnering with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant processing
Handling payroll queries and supporting employees through a structured ticketing system
Supporting audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting requirements
Contributing to process improvements, automation, and ongoing payroll projects
What we're looking for:
3+ years' experience in multinational payroll
Exposure to multiple EMEA countries (not limited to one region)
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and controls
Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS systems (Workday or similar beneficial)
Solid Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach
