# Your Role in Carbery's SuccessThis is a part time accounts assistant role (3 days) for a fixed term contract.
# How You Will ContributeIrrespective of the area in which the role incumbent is assigned, the objectives are similar, covering:- * Preparing accurate and timely reports, accounts, and statements.
* Processing data, using specialist IT systems, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Ensuring payments are made.
* Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
* Invoice processing and filing.
* Processing expense requests.
* Performing bank reconciliations.
* Providing an excellent customer service experience for both internal and external Customers.
* Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
* Addressing and resolving queries.
* Adhering to site standards.
* Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
* Positively participating in team meetings.
* Participating in continuous improvement projects relevant to the Finance Admin team.
* Assisting with other departmental administration tasks.
