Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Temporary Administrator to provide maternity cover for a key administrative role.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth running of business processes, and provide essential assistance to management and staff during this period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, file management, and record keeping.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and company records.
Assist with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of meetings.
Prepare documents and presentations as required.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support ongoing projects and operations.
Support finance such as invoice processing and fee collection.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with general IT systems.
Experience using SharePoint is a distinct advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
