Drive excellence in the hospitality industry by leading a high-performing Front Office team. We seek an experienced professional to spearhead front desk operations, fostering exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the front desk team
* Oversee check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing
* Train, motivate, and support staff
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Collaborate with other departments for seamless hotel operations


Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
