Site Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 2 years of experience working as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer with a main contractor or residential developer.
Main Responsibilities:
* Setting out using total station or supervising Setting-Out Engineers where required
* Carrying out setting out and surveying activities for various building trades using robotic total station and dumpy level
* Coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Services Coordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specification and drawing requirements. They will also supervise subcontractors, conduct site inspections, provide technical expertise, involvement in project planning, risk management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation.
* At least 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer with Main Contractor Residential Developer;
