Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover.
Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview:
The Planning Manager is responsible for owning and running the operational planning processes that enable the reliable delivery of in-house product design solutions to data centre customers.
The role focuses on converting customer demand and project commitments into practical, achievable delivery plans, ensuring that engineering resources, supply chain, manufacturing, and installation activities are aligned on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis.
The Planning Manager plays a critical role in protecting delivery performance, managing constraints, and driving operational stability in a fast-moving, projected environment.

What You'll be Doing
This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end operational planning and execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and installation to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer commitments.
It converts demand from sales and projects into clear, realistic plans, manages workload prioritisation, and balances resource and capacity constraints.
The position monitors performance through key KPIs, leads issue resolution and recovery planning when needed, and maintains strong cross-functional alignment.
It also drives planning discipline, improves data visibility and tools, and reduces reactive firefighting by strengthening forward planning and proactive decision-making.
