If you have deep experience in media operations (buying or selling) and thrive in SaaS delivery environments, you are the person we are looking for.Responsibilities include:Building and managing comprehensive project plans derived from Statements of Work (SOW), including scoping workshops, stakeholder alignment, and milestone tracking.Collaborating closely with Technical Consultants and Solution Engineers to execute on client goals, ensuring a unified approach to delivery.Owning escalation paths and leading critical project discussions until resolution, providing executive-level assurance that the solution meets strategic needs.Acting as the primary post-sale technical partner, ensuring the adoption of best practices and alignment with the client's business goals.Leading business readiness and change management efforts, measuring adoption and demonstrating value realization against client success metrics.Conducting proactive health checks and delivering client-facing training to guide customers on new functionality and industry best practices.Uncovering client pain points beyond explicit requests and mapping new requirements to ADvendio capabilities.Maintaining a deep understanding of client objectives to anticipate future needs and propose enhancements.Qualifications:Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Implementation Lead role within a SaaS software environment.Experience in Media Selling or Media Buying ecosystems. Basic understanding of IAB standard processes and terminology is required.Strong knowledge of digital media operation workflows (e.g., campaign execution, ad operations, billing cycles).Excellent ability to manage executive-level relationships and coordinate cross-functional project teams.Strong skills in leading workshops and delivering training.Strong communication skills to manage our client base and internal team collaboration.
