We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
* Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
* Take accurate bookings from customers via phone or email.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, amenities, packages, promotions etc., including any special offers available at that time.
