Utilize office and management support staff when necessary.Implement and enforce daily operating procedures to ensure store cleanliness standards are met, as well as food safety standards.Determine and support proper staffing to support needs of a 24/7 business.Follow merchandising and vendor policies/procedures and ensure that all staff members do the same. Ensure all merchandise is stocked and rotated, displays are attractive and priced correctly. Communicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price book and Marketing Departments.Have the ability, availability and flexibility to perform established expectations of a staff member regularly, including covering shifts when necessary to ensure smooth store operation.Maintain the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.Be a shining example of well behavior, efficiency and high performance.Additional store manager duties as needed.Essential CharacteristicsAbility to work well individually as well as in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work with little or no supervision.Detail oriented, organized, analytical, and problem solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to learn and utilize the store’s technology.AvailabilityAs a Store Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the business for your location.
