Data Centre Program Manager
The Data Centre Program Manager plays a pivotal role in providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise related to the delivery of datacentre-centric services.
* Thought leadership and subject matter expertise: Provide guidance and expertise on the delivery of datacentre-centric services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Solving complex challenges: Collaborate with remote and onsite support personnel to resolve intricate issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Quarterly spend management review: Assist in preparing materials for quarterly spend management reviews at datacentre sites and regional levels.
* Datacentre Maintenance and Repair: Track and assist in managing maintenance and repair activities.
* Process implementation and automation: Create and manage end-to-end processes for planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and programs.
* Supplier contracts management: Assist in managing supplier contracts from procurement engagement to contracting, change orders, scorecards, and recurring business reviews.
* Financial management and budgeting: Support organisational financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Knowledge sharing and adoption: Leverage local subject matter experts' knowledge, spread best practices, and expose them to onsite datacentre field teams.
* Agility and process evolution: Identify opportunities to increase agility and contribute to workstreams that evolve processes, services, and solutions for Operations and Service Level Agreements.
* Partnerships and alignment: Coordinate closely between datacentre field operations teams and Global Business Operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success.
* Remote work environment: Demonstrate ability to work independently in a remote workplace setting.
