Office Support Professional
This is a fast-paced and busy office role where the Office Support Professional is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
* Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries and emails and provide accurate information to the management team.
* Provide support services to other departments in the company.
* Maintain and update our CRM system.
* Liaise with the management team in an efficient manner.
* Assist with administrative tasks for other departments, including mail handling, data entry and filing.
This position requires:
* Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
* Previous administration experience in the industry (desirable but not essential).
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-performing environment.
