Responsibilities:
1. Managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
2. Checking status of goods in/out
3. Data entry and document management
4. Supporting day-to-day office operations
5. Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in Warehouse office administration or a similar role is preferred
7. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills
10. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a busy environment
11. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative
12. Reliability and professionalism at all times
