We are recruiting a Commis Chef/Junior Chef de Partie to assist in covering all sections of the kitchen.
The Responsibilities
* This position will be across all sections of the kitchen.
* Prepare and present all dishes to our regular high standards.
* Maintain a close working relationship with the rest of the kitchen team and those in other areas as required in order to provide a smooth and efficient service.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
The Candidate
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* A working knowledge of HACCP.
* A strong work ethic and ability to take instruction.
* High standards in food preparation and presentation.
* Good command of spoken English.
* Superb teamwork, time management and communication skills.
