About Your New Employer
Our client works on behalf of the government to support communities and local agencies and falls within the public sector. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time Recruitment Support Officer, on a 6-month contract concluding at the end of March 2026.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, with their office located in Dublin 2.
About Your New Job
* Manage large scale recruitment campaigns, ideally in temporary or emergency staffing
* Coordinate across multiple agencies and ensure timely onboarding of staff
* Support the Recruitment/HR Business Partners
* Ensure all job descriptions and application forms are consistent and correctly formatted and ensure T&Cs are appropriate for the role
* Agree timelines with the Business Partners and advertise roles
* Screen all applications and prepare candidates shortlists
* Respond to all candidates to advise on the status of their applications
* Plan and schedule interviews
* Liaise and coordinate with government departments
* Understanding of legal and operational frameworks, including SLAs, data protection and recruitment regulations
* Manage budgets and raising purchase orders
* Track and maintain records and collaborate with internal teams
What Skills you need:
* 3+ years in a Recruitment/ HR Admin role, ideally in the public sector
* Third level degree in relevant field
* Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite
