As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a driven individual to join our team in a hybrid project engineering and management role—supporting and leading key projects across all phases, from planning and design to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with and oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from initial concept through to final completion.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
* Prepare and manage project documentation including progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
* Monitor on-site progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align project objectives and expectations.
* Provide technical input and support design coordination using tools such as AutoCAD.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience, ideally with exposure to both on-site engineering and project coordination.
* Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team dynamics.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Qualifications:
* Minimum Level 7 Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices.
* Full, clean driver's license required.
