Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing company banking, handling VAT and other tax returns, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with accounts receivable and billing, taking meeting notes and managing the diary. You will also be involved in office administration and filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
* Exposure to office and diary management.
* Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
