Now, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Cherry Orchard.

Your Role
As a Junior Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our site teams, helping to embed a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning. You’ll work closely with experienced HSE professionals, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the delivery of best-in-class health, safety, and environmental standards across our projects.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
* Be a visible and positive presence on site—leading by example every day
* Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental plans
* Carry out site inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Assist in incident investigations and help develop practical solutions
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance
* Stay up to date with legislation and best practices, sharing knowledge with your team
* Deliver or support training sessions to promote awareness and engagement
* Attend start-up meetings and contribute to supply chain safety discussions
* Support the preparation of health and safety reports and documentation
Experience
What You Bring
* A genuine passion for health and safety and a desire to grow in the field
* A relevant qualification such as:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
* NVQ Level 4 / EFQ Level 3 in Occupational Health & Safety
* Awareness or training in:
* Temporary Works
* Incident Investigation
* Lifting operations (BS 7121 / IS361)
* CDM / PSDP / PSCS regulations
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
