In this client‑facing role, you will
Lead multidisciplinary environmental project teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to project delivery
Oversee governance and compliance with environmental legislation and relevant policies
Engage collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the development consent process
Promote and champion innovation to maximise workstream efficiencies
Mentor and support colleagues in their technical and professional development
Support business development activities and promote Jacobs’ portfolio of solutions to clients
Here’s what you’ll need
Knowledge and experience of development consent regulatory processes in Ireland (and Northern Ireland for Belfast‑based roles)
Progressive experience producing and delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) across a range of project types
Strong client‑facing experience with the ability to build collaborative relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders
Ability to develop robust, appropriate mitigation measures to support successful consenting outcomes
In‑depth project management and governance experience, including embedding health, safety, security, and inclusivity into decision‑making
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, innovative mindset
Chartered status and full membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., IEMA, CIWEM, IES)
