Dromoland Castle, one of Irelands most iconic and prestigious five-star hotels, is currently seeking an experienced Banqueting Bar Supervisor to join our exceptional team. As Banqueting Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of high-profile events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private functions. Reporting to the Banqueting Management Team, you will oversee bar operations during events and ensure a seamless, professional, and memorable experience for every guest. This role requires flexibility, as shifts vary across Monday to Sunday to meet the needs of our dynamic business.
