Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This is a key role that will be part of our global HR team, reporting to the site's HR Lead.
You will work closely with business leaders to champion high-performance culture and create an environment of trust, dignity, and respect. Your primary responsibilities include supporting organizational people projects, working with client leaders to deliver their people strategy, providing effective coaching for leaders through complex employee relations issues, and participating in projects across the country that support our HR priorities.
