JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Account Manager Contract: Full time, permanent Salary Range: £35,000 Location: Office-based at 2 Pilots View, 18 Heron Road, Belfast BT3 9LE, with option to work remotely up to 2 days per week Start Date: October 2025 WHO WE ARE Elevator is a marketing and PR agency specialising in experiential and promotional campaigns, social media and consumer public relations. Every single brief is looked at individually and gets our time, energy and expertise to devise a custom-built solution using our portfolio of tactics and skills which include on-pack promotions, experiential campaigns, social media content, public relations, trade & retailer incentives and digital solutions. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with at least 4 years marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment, to join our client services team to help grow our business and to contribute to the amazing work we deliver for our clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Client Services Director, youll be helping to manage a creative and committed team who treat our clients brands like they are our own. Youll be full of big ideas, but also a real stickler for detail. And we'll expect you to be able to hit the ground running in terms of your relevant client service experience and understanding of marketing and campaign management. Personally ambitious, you push yourself to keep learning and to keep achieving. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage client accounts with regular face to face contact and meetings Act as first point of contact for client briefs, requests and advice Formulate and implement promotional strategies from client briefs Project management and campaign development from initial client briefing through to invoicing including every stage of campaign development: concept creation, creative brief, copy-writing, management of print and point of sale material, sourcing promotional merchandise, briefing and managing promotional personnel, and related administrative tasks and reporting Manage campaign delivery timelines Manage client budgets and achieve agency financial targets Deliver presentations on behalf of the company and the client Monitor competitor activity Knowledge, Skills and Experience Whilst a marketing degree is not a pre-requisite, this role is suited to a graduate with at least 4 years marketing experience, ideally in a client services/customer facing role in an agency environment You must demonstrate a clear understanding of marketing communications and strategy along with the ability to communicate persuasively Confidence to interact with clients and make presentations is a key skill along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong inter-personal skills Being highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines are essential to success in this role You must possess the financial competence required to manage client and agency budgets and to achieve financial targets Full of ideas with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service ethos You will be confident working with designers, photographers, videographers, printers and a range of specialist suppliers to bring our campaigns to life The Account Manager will need demonstrable people management skills to work with and manage both internal team members and external suppliers Strong administration and analytical skills are required to track, monitor and report on campaign and client performance UK Driving Licence and access to a car would be desirable, but not essential.
