Job Description
We are seeking a Client Account Manager to collaborate with some of Ireland's top retail clients, driving their growth through strategic Ecommerce initiatives. This client-facing role involves managing both long-term projects and tactical activities.
As a Client Account Manager, you will maintain daily contact with clients to ensure high-quality service. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of Ecommerce concepts and platforms. You will oversee all aspects of client relationships, applying best practices to optimize Customer Satisfaction and Time to Value.

Overall Objectives
* Manage a portfolio of clients strategically and tactically.
* Build and maintain positive relationships at various client levels.
* Coordinate and manage a clear roadmap of work with clients.
* Gather accurate requirements as the primary contact.
* Conduct regular meetings to review activity status.
* Organize work for the StudioForty9 team through clear tickets.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams for project execution.
* Follow up on support requests and queries to ensure resolution.
* Initial diagnosis of client issues to facilitate internal resolution.
* Document knowledge of client businesses and discussions.
* Contribute to achieving financial targets.
* Manage invoicing and budgets for clients.
Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in an Ecommerce environment, with familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopware being advantageous.
* Minimum of 2 years managing key client accounts.
* Experience working with developers/designers and articulating project details clearly.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
* Positive attitude, ambitious, collaborative, and proactive.
Nice to Have
* Understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
* Knowledge of ecommerce tools such as Klaviyo, Nosto, TrustPilot.
* Basic understanding of technologies like HTML, CSS, JS.
