UKI Risk Consulting – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Manager
EY seeks a Manager to join the Enterprise Resilience team in the UKI region. The role combines strategic advisory on TPRM frameworks with hands‑on project delivery, supporting clients in managing vendor risk and executing complex programmes.

Enterprise Resilience Overview
Enterprise Resilience is a team within EY’s Risk Management practice dedicated to helping organisations anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruption. With a clear purpose of “building a better working world”, the team delivers results across sectors such as financial services, public sector, energy, utilities and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement TPRM strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments of third‑party vendors, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Manage client implementations of TPRM programmes across industries and risk domains.
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management, articulating findings and recommendations clearly.
Internal Responsibilities
Assist in account management activities including business development, financial management of engagements, and quality and risk management.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organisation.
Skills and Attributes Required
5‑10 years experience in risk management, project management or related fields within consulting or professional services.
Expertise in TPRM frameworks, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proven experience managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ideally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, CTPRP, or equivalent.
Experience in regulatory resilience programmes and vendor risk assurance.
