We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Booking Coordinator who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers wishing to book service or repair work, establishing clear understanding of any symptom or problem the vehicle has and determining workshop availability using our booking system.
* Liaise with service advisers regarding specific job info and queries
* Contact customers after they have taken delivery of their vehicle to discuss satisfaction level
* Capture, record, update customer details in Keyloop DMS supporting technologies Contacting customers inform product launches new car information test drive campaigns used car sales etc Updating CRM system leads relevant information gathered Handle complaints escalate required Recording various dates NCT seasonal reminders DMS following up with customers telephone supported by direct mail reminders Report writing ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
1.
