Cpl Recruitment is currently looking for a Permanent HR Generalist to join an organization in Longford.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the administration of all Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Support employee performance, reward and recognition, diversity in the workplace, and all compliance issues.
3. Build relationships with managers.
4. Assist with the preparation of reports and the analysis of statistical data for metrics and regulatory purposes.
5. Coordinate the development of training programs.
6. Maintain and update all hourly employee files – addresses changes, job changes, pay increases, disciplinary actions, etc.
7. Assist with communication notices or attendance issues.
8. Ensure communication notices are issued per policy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with employee relations.
