Technical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Limerick. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of automation engineers, overseeing all technical delivery, and working closely with the Sales Lead to support new business opportunities.
* Manage a team of 45 automation engineers
* Act as the technical authority for all automation and system integration projects
* Design, document, program, and deliver PLC/HMI/SCADA systems
* Review and approve technical work to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency
* Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams to deliver on time within budget limits.
o Resolve complex technical issues directly with clients
