Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Social Care Team Leader, a crucial role in delivering high-quality care services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to the care team, ensuring compliance with national standards and contributing to ongoing service development.
* Leadership and Support: Provide direction and assistance to the care team members
* Care Quality Improvement: Evaluate and enhance the quality of care provided
* Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to national regulations and standards
* Service Development: Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
* A recognised Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care or a related field
* At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
* Minimum 3 years' experience in health, social care, or voluntary services
* Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in disability support services
* Proficiency in IT tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
* A valid driving licence is required
