Job Description:
* A key member of the HR Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers across multiple channels.
* Providing guidance and coaching on HR policies and processes, as well as assisting with data updates and maintenance.
* Responding to complex and non-routine inquiries, utilizing knowledge bases, call tracking systems, and third-party resources to educate customers.
* Encouraging self-service tools and good judgment in resolving matters within corporate guidelines and standards.

Requirements
* A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
* Experience in a call centre environment may also be applicable to this role.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex / non-routine inquiries.
* Excellent customer service/client relationship skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
* Accuracy and high attention to detail.
* Excellent oral/written communication skills.
* The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment.
