Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Comply with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Develop positive relationships with supply chain and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience as a Site Manager, preferably in commercial or mixed-use development projects.
* Third-level qualification or trades background, with excellent knowledge of trades.
* IT skills, including Microsoft software proficiency.
* Strong delegation and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
