A global leader of their industry is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Enterprise Risk & Compliance function. This newly developed role will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will lead operational and enterprise compliance policy and culture throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance framework development
* Oversee Compliance Register
* Advise and guide group leadership
* Conduct regulatory reviews and present to board on quarterly basis.
* Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the business
Key Skills:
* 5+ years of compliance leadership experience within a manufacturing or relatable environment.
* Clear ability to develop frameworks, policies and codes of practice.
* Related qualification in risk management or compliance advantageous.
