Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy execution and value tracking for assigned programs.
Integrate programs into sustainable operations as required.
Lead problem definition and solution development, including options and trade‑off analysis.
Communicate program status transparently to drive timely decisions and enable achievement of milestones.
Escalate issues as needed and provide effective feedback to leadership.
Build partnerships and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Guide cross‑functional teams to scope programs and manage interdependencies.
Define implementation plans and milestones to operationalize strategy.
Assess risks and dependencies continuously to de‑risk plans.
Secure sponsorship, resources, and funding to establish governance and oversight.
Monitor spend and resources, and deliver training, coaching, and development to program teams.
Articulate a clear vision, align teams on goals, and drive actions while mitigating risks.
Lead through ambiguity and complex environments, managing ongoing issues effectively.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or program management with broad business insights.
Prior people‑leadership experience and strong talent development skills in a global, complex environment.
Demonstrated strategy shaping and program definition across end‑to‑end supply chain and business variables.
Experience operationalizing strategy, articulating change, and leading teams through sustained change management.
Strong communication, negotiation, influence, and decision‑making capabilities.
Preferred: Prior experience in program management, influencing at all leadership levels.
Must be willing to travel 0–10% domestically and internationally.

Compensation
Primary location pay range: €119,200.00 – €204,355.00.
Ireland: €104,000 – €132,685
Netherlands: €101,000 – €174,800
Italy: €95,900 – €165,370
