We're looking for a
Junior eLearning Production Assistant
to join our team and support the creation of high-quality adult learning courses. This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role
, helping subject matter experts focus on content while you handle production, compliance, and platform work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply and maintain PowerPoint templates and branding
* Upload and structure course content in Moodle
* Package content to SCORM standards and configure courses
* Proofread and QA content for clarity, formatting, and accessibility
* Ensure materials meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
* Use AI tools responsibly to support production
Required Skills:
* Confident in PowerPoint and general computer/web use
* Quick learner, especially with Moodle, SCORM workflows, and accessibility standards
* Detail-oriented, organized, and checklist-driven
* Clear written communication
What would give you an edge:
* Familiarity with Moodle or online learning platforms
* Basic understanding of accessibility/WCAG
* Experience with structured content production
