We are seeking a passionate, energetic and highly skilled Mixologist to join our growing team.

As our Mixologist, you will play a central role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences. From crafting elevated cocktails to sharing the stories behind each creation, your creativity and charisma will ensure every visit is memorable. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to seasonal menu innovation, beverage development, and world-class service standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Curate and craft bespoke cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and imaginative techniques.
* Engage with guests, sharing your knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail stories to elevate their experience.
* Collaborate with the team on seasonal beverage menus and innovative cocktail concepts.
* Maintain an immaculate bar environment—setup, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
* Monitor inventory, assist in ordering, and implement strategies to reduce waste.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Assist with training, mentoring, and inspiring junior bar staff.
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
* Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail creation.
* Flair, confidence, and a guest-first mentality.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Mixology certification is an advantage.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
