Monread Fare, Naas, is seeking a positive and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team.
The purpose of the Assistant Manager's role is to provide day-to-day front-line management to ensure high standards are met in the successful running of Monread Fare's store.
Main Duties:
1. Oversee and ensure the smooth running of cashier operations.
2. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints according to store procedures.
3. Open and close the store.
4. Ensure staff dress and appearance align with company policy.
5. Maintain knowledge of relevant legislations such as Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislation, and Consumer Law.
6. Facilitate proper communication between staff and management.
7. Provide the highest standard of customer care.
8. Assist in staff induction, training, and development.
9. Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
10. Manage staff timekeeping and attendance.
11. Participate in training and development programs as directed.
12. Promote and embody the brand values.
13. Place orders as required.
14. Perform any other duties as directed by store management.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills, solution-focused, with a positive attitude.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
* Self-motivated with attention to detail.
* Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
* Ability to work well within a team, knowing when to lead or follow.
