Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front office team in providing exceptional service to our guests.
* Responsibilities:
* - Ensure all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay
* - Assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indexes, quality evaluations, and hotel standards
* - Manage front office departmental operations efficiently and effectively

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience with us.
What You Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks to others
* A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with both staff and guests
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
