Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Criminal Law Solicitor located in Dublin 7. The Criminal Law Solicitor will manage a caseload of criminal law matters, provide legal representation and advice to clients, attend court hearings, negotiate with prosecution, prepare legal documents, and conduct legal research. The role also involves liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals to ensure case progress and resolution.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of criminal law and courtroom procedures
Excellent research and legal writing skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management
Ability to work under pressure and handle a diverse caseload
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Professional legal qualification and membership of the Law Society of Ireland
Experience in criminal law practice is preferred
