Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of payroll services to a large base of clients across all industry sectors.
* Manage relationships with clients and internal managers within the organization.
* Briefing clients on corporate, legislative, and procedural queries.
* Oversee and develop a team of payroll managers and specialists to manage a large portfolio of clients and ensure compliance obligations are met.
* Continuous improvement plays a key role in process and technology enhancements.
* Support budgeting, planning, and business development within the payroll function.
* Manage own portfolio of clients.
* Manage fee and cost budgets and participate in marketing and management decisions.
The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in a senior payroll position, preferably in a client-facing payroll outsourcing environment.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with partners, clients, and staff.
